1 on 1 Plant-Based Culinary Instruction
I am excited to share my passion and joy for cooking.
In addition to my restaurant experience, I have been a culinary instructor privately, as well as for Matthew Kenny Culinary, and Plantlab Culinary. I was also the director of online education for Plantlab Culinary.
Rather than follow a strict curriculum I prefer to tailor the lessons based on your interests and needs.
Here is a limited list of possible subjects.
-Raw food preparation
-Specialty diets (Gluten-free, Soy-free, Oil-free, Allergy-friendly...)
-Plating and presentation
-How to shop (Farmer's markets, organic produce, pantry staples)
-Troubleshooting previous challenges you may have had
-How to successfully follow recipes
-Cooking for families or larger groups
-Growing microgreens or home gardening (indoor and outdoor)
-Cooking for larger groups
-A "Chopped" style lesson, You have these ingredients, what can you do with them
-Or, we can just chat, and I can answer any questions you may have!

The 50% off rate for 1 on 1 Video lessons is $10 per 1/2 hour. Lessons are conducted via Zoom where a link will be provided for you to join me on the call. Payments can be made via Venmo.
